Just in time for the holidays, Orazio’s Gourmet Oils, 25 North Main St., Wolfeboro is expanding its collection of premium extra virgin olive oils and balsamic vinegars for gift-giving and your culinary creations. Orazio’s will be closed Thursday and Friday, November 16 and 17 and re-open Saturday, November 18 with a new, fresh look and many more exciting varieties of oils and vinegars to sample and tempt your taste buds.
Orazio’s owner Kathy Correale is thrilled to continue to offer Wolfeboro area residents and visitors such great tasting and healthy olive oils and balsamic vinegars. “Whether you come in for a taste at our ‘tap room’ or purchase on line, you can be assured of receiving the highest quality and flavorful gourmet products at a very affordable price,” she stated. “Our oils and vinegars are bottled fresh as you taste them. There is nothing better.”
Correale continued, “our bottles will have a new look but you can be assured you will love what you taste.” Orazio’s will now feature five varieties of mild, medium and robust Ultra Premium extra virgin olive oils; new infused flavors and four gourmet oils including the very
popular butternut squash seed oil and new pumpkin seed oil which are produced in Geneva, New York. “We have added many new and flavorful varieties of white and dark balsamic vinegars, all aged and imported from Modena, Italy,” Correale stated.
Orazio’s also carries Italian New York-style baked goods by Gina’s Cucina and other New Hampshire made products, which would also make great gifts such as Fuller’s Sugarhouse maple syrups, Fennelly Farms jams and jellies, Blackwater mustards and Camp Mix spice blends.
Orazio’s Gourmet Oils and Vinegars will be open year-round with winter hours to be announced. Orazio’s is also one of the many vendors at the “winter market” which is held the first and third Saturdays of the month through April 7, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at First Congregational Church, 115 South Main St., Wolfeboro.
